What we collect and why

If you use the enquiry form on our website we collect your name, postcode, a phone number or email address, and a short description of what you'd like cleaned. We use this only to reply to you and to provide a quote. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email we hold the details you give us in the same way.

Our lawful basis for this is that it is necessary in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Where your details are stored

Form submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, and then forwarded to us. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep them

If you do not go ahead with a quote we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you become a customer we keep your contact details for as long as we clean for you, plus the period needed for our business records.

This website does not set cookies or use analytics.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
